Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items back in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original tags and Triple Base Technology stickers are included.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the gear to confirm it is in new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
