What makes Triple Base Technology (3BT) unique?
3BT is our patented 3D base geometry that divides the nose and tail into three sections. By lifting the sidebases, we reduce edge catches and improve float in powder without sacrificing edge grip on hardpack.
How do I choose the right snowboard size?
We recommend choosing a board based on your weight and boot size rather than height. Each product page includes a specific size chart to help you find the perfect match for your riding style.
What is your return policy for snowboards?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please ensure the factory plastic wrap remains intact on the board to be eligible for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by region and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
How do I register my board for warranty?
You can register your new Bataleon board on our website using the unique serial number found near the back inserts. This ensures you are covered under our two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Are your boards pre-waxed from the factory?
Yes, all Bataleon boards come with a factory wax and are ready to ride straight out of the box. However, for optimal performance, we recommend a hot wax after your first few days on the mountain.
